General

By joining the Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program you ("the affiliate") agree that you have read this Affiliate Agreement and agree to abide by our Terms of Service. This Affiliate Agreement will begin as soon as you are accepted into Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program. You agree to use any services offered by Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program in compliance with the following Terms of Service and any applicable laws and regulations. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program reserves the right to change any aspect of these Terms of Service at any time. Upon any change in these Terms of Service, Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program will notify affiliates by emailing them. Your continued use of any Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program service is an acknowledgment by you of these Terms of Service and you abide to be bound by these Terms of Service and any modifications that are made to them. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to cancel your Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program account. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program reserve the right to investigate all accounts and award, accept, deny, cancel or reject membership to our affiliate program for any reason whatsoever. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program shall not be liable to affiliates or any third party should Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program exercise its right to modify or discontinue its service. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program makes no warranties or guarantees as to the availability or reliability of any service offered to you or to any other affiliate. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for use of any third party services linked to from the RonsCartoons.com web site or advertised in correspondence from RonsCartoons.com. This Affiliate Agreement shall take precedence over any discrepancies on any other RonsCartoons.com pages such as the FAQ page.

Registration

To join the Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program, it must be legal for you to join and use our services under your country law. You must be at least 13 years old. Only one account per person is permitted. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program is available worldwide, At this time funds will only be issued in US Dollars and through PayPal. If you have previously had an account cancelled by Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program for spamming, cheating or any other reason, you may not rejoin Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program.

Account Terms

Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program stricly prohibits the use of spam (unsolicited email in connection with RonsCartoons.com, including but not limited to junk mail, chain letters, newsgroups, forums or other unsolicited bulk email, commercial or otherwise, especially to people who you have had no prior contact with). Emailing web sites to try to generate sales is allowed, please check the member area for details. "Signatures" in emails and in forum postings are permitted. Any affiliates who are reported to have spammed will have the matter investigated and will have their membership terminated if Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program decide that there is sufficient evidence that the reported affiliate has spammed. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program forbids cheating of any services provided and any affiliate caught cheating any aspect of Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program will have their membership terminated. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program will use its own discretion when investigating any affiliates that may have been spamming or cheating. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program reserves the right to cancel any membership where it believes that the affiliate poses a threat to the program's integrity and/or security. RonsCartoons.com's decision will be final and binding. A cancelled membership will result in all monies in the affiliate's account being forfeited.

Earnings and Payment

Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program will pay you 25% commission on sales of cartoons.

Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program will make payment within 10 days of the end of a calendar month in which the monies are earned. It is the affiliate's responsibility to keep their contact email address up to date and ensure that they have the correct email address registered with PayPal. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program will make every effort to ensure that all account balances are accurate, and all data will be backed up regularly. Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program reserve the right to alter account balances that it believes are the result of technical problems or any other problems that are unforeseen or otherwise.

Affiliates of Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program are considered independent contractors. If you are a Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program affiliate living outside of the United States, you may be subject to taxation in your country for any monies earned through Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program. It is your responsibility to check your country's tax laws and pay any taxes due. If an affiliate living in the United States should earn more than $600 in a calendar year, the affiliate must provide their social security or federal tax ID for tax purposes to Ron's Cartoons Affiliate Program, otherwise the affiliate will not receive any further payment. Disclaimer of Warranties

USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF RON'S CARTOONS AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. RON'S CARTOONS AFFILIATE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RON'S CARTOONS AFFILIATE PROGRAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RON'S CARTOONS AFFILIATE PROGRAM MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

NEITHER RON'S CARTOONS AFFILIATE PROGRAM NOR ANY OF ITS PARENTS, MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Information Collection and Use
RonsCartoons.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site.  We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Any information used for providing services through RonsCartoons.com is not linked to any personally identifiable information. RonsCartoons.com may collect information from users at several different points on our web site.
 

Registration
In order to become an affiliate, a user must first complete the registration form.  During registration a user is required to give their contact information. This information is used for contacting the affiliates with information about the affiliate program and paying affiliates their commissions.

 
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user.  Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.  Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.  For instance, by setting a cookie on our web site, the user would not have to log into the member area more than once, thereby saving time while on our web site.  A user must accept cookies to be able to use the member area.

Some of our business partners may use cookies on our web site (for example, advertisers).  However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

Log Files
An IP address is recorded when somebody joins our affiliate program.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing
We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use third parties to make payments to affiliates. We may also use third parties to provide other services. When the user signs up for these services through our web site, then we may share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These third parties do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. These third parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

We will periodically send affiliates important updates and service announcement updates. Affiliates are not able to unsubscribe from these updates, which contain important information about the affiliate program. We communicate with affiliates to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their affiliate account via email.

Correction/Updating Personal Information:
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as the user's email address), or if a user no longer desires to use our service, we provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us.  This can be done in the member area. This does not affect your affiliate account in any other way.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will notify affiliates by email so that our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
